Question by Yasmin Cripps: Need feedback on my travel writing?
Its for my english homework, these are my first 3 paragraphs:
Four hours flew by, and before long the sun was striking my eyes with its blinding white light, as it danced high above the clouds; blowing 100 degree heat into the air around me. Sunglasses on, I gazed down in complete awe through the adjacent windows, and hundreds of miles of luscious turquoise Mediterranean sea,(which outlined the border of a whole new country between Europe and Asia ), smiled back at me. Minutes quickly passed, and soon we were above land: beneath us were dark gold fields exploding with crops, and steep imposing mountains stretched out as far as the eye could see. In the distance, the monstrous ,snowy peak of Mount Babadağ sawed high above the others; as it was over 4,593 ft tall.
As the plane rapidly dropped lower, the tiny details on the ground became indisputable, additionally, what before had resembled a frenzied colony of ants, soon became an evident bustle of uncontrolled, vivacious vehicles; that seemed to be driving manically without any sensible formation! Post our landing, the pilot made his speech-“Thank you everyone for flying with British Airways, we have landed at our destination of Dalaman airport, Turkey – where the local time is 6:00pm, two hours ahead of your accustomed British time, we hope you enjoy your holiday.”
As my taxi driver drove us away from the most expensive airport in the world, into a sea of thick green forestation, and staggered mountain roads, the luscious natural beauty gradually unveiled as we covered every inch of south west Turkey. However, cars and lorries overtaking one another seemed to be ‘the norm’, and during that rather unfortunate journey, death would linger tantalizingly around the wheels of the taxi, nearly thrusting us all off of 1000 ft precipices as we climbed vigorously along steep, sinister mountain edges.
The entire travelling world around me seemed to be intoxicated with alcohol, but it was highly unlikely since 99.9% of Turkish nationals are strict Muslims!
Best answer:
Answer by keynowin Sounds (and looks) good but the last sentence does not tell the truth..%99.9 of Turkish people are Muslims but not “strict” ..especially when it comes to alcohol. if we were talking about pork, then yes ,you should use the word “strict” for %99.9….But this time %20 maybe
sounds ridiculous but believe me thats the truth ..
I took a four-day trip to Busan, South Korea from Fukuoka, Japan via the Beetle, a hydrofoil ship, taking only 3 hours. Though it rained everyday, I had the good fortune of visiting two temples during the celebration of Buddha’s birthday! I also managed a hike along the wind blown coast and ate delicious food. Busan is a great city and I recommend it if you have the chance to go. I stayed at Indy House, a great hostel that recently moved into a new building and has great staff, rooms, and location. If you have any questions, leave them in the comments. The hydrofoil ship: www.jrbeetle.co.jp Video Rating: 5 / 5

Question by Brian: Are There Any Flights To Europe That Have A Stopover In Asia?
Like let’s say, anywhere from the west coast! Like California! Are there any flights to europe that go through Asia!
Best answer:
Answer by ibu guru You would have to specify multiple flights/stopovers or you will go West Coast to East Coast to Europe. Probably your best bet is a round-the-world ticket if you want to go to Asia and Europe both.

Question by oriole52: For those who answered this question a few days back… My cat died 2 days ago…But thank you guys so much?
Help! My cat has been ill for 3 days and the vet doesn’t know what’s wrong with him.?
He’s been vomitting many times a day and has not been eating. After the 2nd day, he started drinking water so that’s a partial sigh of relief. However, since he hasn’t been taking in any food, he’s just been vomitting saliva.
He’s been to the vet and they don’t know what’s wrong. They gave him a jab and some medication but it doesn’t seem to be working.
Please… Could any of you suggest a reason or a remedy? My cat’s so weak now… I’m afraid he won’t make it if he doesn’t start eating soon and getting better.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much…

Extra info… The problem is, I live in Asia and it is the Chinese New Year period here. It’ll be public holidays for another 3 days yet… I don’t think I can find another vet because they won’t be open.
