Where do i find embassy or consular office of Sta. Lucia here in Asia?

Question by nene: Where do i find embassy or consular office of Sta. Lucia here in Asia?
My boss give me a reward to travel to caribbean for a holiday for 2 weeks and i choose Sta. Lucia. But i don’t know where to go to get visa.
Thanks in advance
or do i need visa before arrival or visa upon arrival?
