Q&A: How to prevent a lonely new year?
Question by Heiwa: How to prevent a lonely new year?
It is New Year’s Eve in our country, but I’m not enjoying it. I miss my parents (who I rarely see and is living in asia; ) and my brother (who is the closest person to my age; i’m living with my 5 year old cousins, so I’m lonely because I don’t have someone to talk to.) A while ago, I went to the church for a mass. I saw a happy-looking family in front of me; I instantly felt jealous. I’m holding back tears for quite a time now.. in fact, i haven’t celebrated any holiday with them! i’m either with my grandparents or my aunt.. I don’t know what to do..

Well, I’m kinda looking for someone to talk to although my boyfriend’s going to be with me. Just give me your email, so we can talk. I want to talk too
Yeah, sometimes, I feel lonely especially during Christmas, or other happy times. But I think you should call your parents, or some friends, invite them over then probably watch a movie or talk about random things. Or make out with your boyfriend (like what I do), kidding, but it’s true. lol
Anyways, I think you shouldn’t be alone with kids, you could go to places where you could meet random people, and might meet friends.
Good luck. Let’s talk!
