Question by cutie_girl: Overseas trip with mum, how do I invite a friend? repost?
Me and my mum will be going overseas to Asia to just have a holiday.
Its the girls side to go this year and my sister cant come.

and I wanted to invite my bestfriend along with us, but dont know how to ask my mum
of course she would pay for the tickets and anything else big, and my mum wouldn’t mind buying meals and stuff for her. Accommodation wouldn’t be anything because my family lives there

I’m not worried about fighting or anything, because we haven’t been in a fight about anything and we known each other nearly our whole lives.

And she’s not the type to get bored easily so if we have nothing to do one day but go on the computer she wouldn’t mind.

All i need to know is how to approach my mum about this, because i’m not sure what she will say, because one moment she agrees to random things the next she doesn’t….

and how would you ask your friend ? just like hey im going on a holiday with my mum and was was allowed to invited a friend could you come?

When your moms not incredibly busy (like when she’s driving you somehwhere or during dinner) say “you know how were going on that trip to Asia? Well, I was wondering, since [insert sisters name here] can’t come with us, if I could bring [insert friends name here]? I think the trip would be more fun for me if she came with us, dont you ?”
make sure your mom hasn’t had a crappy day. Ask her about her day when you see her. If it was good, ask about the trip. If not, hold off and wait for another day.
