first, lots of money
everything costs a lot more in the arctic than anywhere else in Canada. The only way you can travel community to community is through a plane. And it is quite expensive to do that. Summer time, people sometimes hike to communities, depends on how far the community is, or through kayaks, boats. Cruises also go through communities in the summer time.
