I’m going to China in March so i need to have my booster soon but am going away to norway for a week and wondered if having my booster on a monday then flying on the saturday would be ok? thanks!

That shouldn’t be a problem at all. There is no issue. Assuming there is no allergic reaction within 15 minutes of receiving the vaccine (unlikely as this will be a booster shot and you didn’t mention having a reaction to the first one).
I would mention your trip to the healthcare worker who administers the vaccine.
