my friend and i r going to Finland on holidays in february – all who can advise what is the best place to stay there, what places of interest to visit , what to do , where to meet new friends etc. are welcome! thank you for your answers in advance!

Helsinki is beautiful, and Turku is also. Tampere is a nice university town with friendly folk. If you like the outdoors, go north, to towns such as Ivalo north of the Artic Circle. Finland is a great place to visit. I lived a year there and loved it. Most people in bars/discos are open to new people.
