Can someone tell me where I can find a list of South African tour operators that know the industry well? I need to find experienced tour guides in South Africa that can offer professional excursions around South Africa and the neighboring countries.

You can search for Country Mountain Trips. They are located in the Limpopo Province and they offer tours around South Africa, Mozambique, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Namibia. They have been in the industry for a while and they seem to have a good reputation.
You can also contact some of the well-known game lodges in South Africa – maybe they have freelance tour operators in South Africa that they can refer.
