I am looking to go Morroco with a few friends. We are looking to stay at the beach for a few days, go scuba diving, jet skiing etc. We also want to go hiking and Quad biking in the desert are there any other countries that would be good for the same activities in the same region?

Interesting question, if you are planning on Morocco then that will suit your dreams as you have stated where and what your plans are. However, if you did not go there then I would recommend Egypt and Jordan. See the ancient wonders of Egypt along the Nile and then bus across Sinai to Dahab on the Gulf of Aqaba and do some diving there, you can also Quad bike there as well as water ski all at a lesser price. Dahab is the most relaxed place I have been to. From there take the Ferry up to Aqaba and go to Petra the ancient Nabateen city carved out of rock. Continue going north into Amman and see the Crusader Castles in the desert and much more. Jordan and Egypt were the most rewarding for me and also where I met the most friendly and accommodating people.
