And do you think the Obama family will promote these holidays while in the white house..Would you have a problem with them celebrating something like Juneteenth.

There aren’t any holidays that we celebrate that you all don’t celebrate. BTW Juneteenth is not a holiday. It’s like you’ll celebrate MTV Music Awards or something. G-A-L

The whole month of February (Black history month). I, hang with my Black friends during this month. Hell, I even wear Black clothing, and listen to some James Brown” Say it loud, I’m Black & i’m proud”, good god!, hey!.. I, even drink 40 oz malt liquor, while standing infront of my speaker faded, blasting some Al Green),roll blunts, eat greasy fried chicken and watermelons during this month.

    Hope this helps.

What sort of a question is that? African American people will celebrate whatever holidays the culture they live in does. If they should happen to have a particular religion, then they’ll celebrate the holy days of that religion as well.

Celebrations are not a race thing, unless its a day to celebrate your nation.

This question is why I AM BLACK FIRST and American when I can afford to be. Do you even know what that means ? It means that as long as you make a difference there will be a difference. Every culture has days that represent them, hell what the heck is St. Patrick’s Day, it doesn’t represent me as a black american but I am an American and Proud to be, I just happen to be Black. Maybe you need to go to Europe and spend some time searching you roots, oh am I assuming that your European, heck I really don’t care ! Just pull your head outta your ass and help make America stay free, quit hating.
