What country should i visit in Africa?

Question by la la la la: What country should i visit in Africa?
I want to go to one country in Africa on a trip i plan to go on in a couple of years. Im planing to go on a couple in the north, Morocco and Egypt, but i also want to go to one in the middle, southern area. The country has to be more like a safari country where i could see elephants, lions etc. , have not so high airfares and be generally good for tourists. Thanks in advanced.

Come to South Africa!
We are hosting the FIFA 2010 world cup next year, and this country is so beautiful!
We have wonderful mountain ranges, game parks and an amazing coast line.
You would be doing yourself a huge favour by visiting South Africa.
The most popular tourist attractions here are the Kruger National Park, Maropeng (Cradle of human kind), Table Mountain, Johannesburg, the Durbanite Coast and the Namib Karoo.

Allthough I have never been to Africa, I know lots of people who have been to differnet countries there. All of them prefer South Africa.

If it was me, I would go from Egypt to Kenya. Kenya is famous for it’s safari’s. When we were in the Masai Mara, we saw the big 5 the first day of our safari.

As far as airfare, there are direct flights out of Cairo, into Nairobi. This would probably be your best bet for cheaper flights

  4. Most definitely Ghana. Think about it. It’s the most progressive country south of the Sahara. Most peaceful, most friendly (we have a good track record where that is concerned). Why do you think President Obama chose Ghana out of all the African countries as the first to visit. Besides its not over rated as a tourist destination like the more popular countries of Southern and Eastern Africa. As such hotel and tour rates and everything in general is relatively cheaper (taxi fares, food etc, etc). The crime rate is also very low compared to countries such as South Africa and Kenya. Ghana is definitely the destination for you…
