Good holiday, economy hotel accommodation and secure trip. Not expensive.

Go for Uganda no offence. What is there to do in Rwanda. Heck there is more to do in Kinshasa than in Rwanda.

My fiance (who is Ugandan) and I will be going on a holiday in Uganda next month. We plan to go from Kampala (where we live) to Jinja Nile Resort for one night, then from there we’re not sure.
Places I’ve visited in Uganda that I’ve loved include Lake Mburo National Park, Murchison Falls, Queen Elizabeth National Park, the Ssesse Islands, and also Lake Bunyonyi is a beautiful, calm place. There’s also nice places to relax along Lake Victoria right in Entebbe. Other places you could check out include Sipi Falls and Mt. Elgon. There are also some nice, cheap lodges in Mabira and Mpanga forests (each about an hour from Uganda). If you like hiking and being in the forest, you would love these.
What type of holiday do you want? Do you want to see wildlife or just be in a peaceful, beautiful place to enjoy one another’s comapny? Where are you and girlfriend from? Locals are often given huge discounts?
Rwanda is nice but I think Uganda has more beautiful tourist destinations. I highly recommend Uganda.
