It all depends on where in S.A. you want to stay. If you love suna nd sea, go to Durban. They have very nice hotels (especially Umhlanga Rocks) and the hotels focus on families. Cape Town is also nice, but it can be fairly expensive. But I’d sya that you should try Durban! Have fun when you go there!
Hi. Not sure where in SA u going but look at staying at Road lodge. There is Road Lodges through SA, very often used for large groups. It is very affordable and gives you basic room and shower(very clean and cosy). They also offer breakfast for like 25 rands! It is very popular in SA, try it u wont regret it! check their website http://www.roadlodge.co.za
check out the Coast to Coast – it’s for backpackers mainly but there are definitey some places where families can stay – it’s a book that lists every good hostel in the country and is THE BIBLE.
