You don´t mention if she is Danish, or from Uganda. If she is Danish, she should be able to see, that you will have much better chances for a good education, and a good life.

If she is not Danish, and she does not have a work permit, a permit to live in Denmark, or citizenship, that might be the reason you are still in Uganda.
The reason why i bring this to your attention, is that most of the people who are in Denmark illegally, are from African countries, and if she is there illegally, she can´t bring you with her to Denmark – meaning that it will be even more difficult for her to get back into Denmark, if she brings a child.

As Vibeke J says, it might be hard for your mom to bring you into Denmark, if she doesn’t have Danish citizenship herself.
If she do has Danish citizenship, a work permit, and a stabil life in Denmark herself, tell her that you want to be with her, and that you believe that you could have a better life and a better education in Denmark, compared to the opportunities you’ve got in Uganda. As a mother, she’ll be able to understand that – but it’s not that easy sweetheart. There are some complicated immigration laws in Denmark, on how and when you are allowed to bring your children or family with you to Denmark, so it’s probably not because she don’t want you with her, but because it’s pretty damn hard
