Where do you live? If you live in Tanzania, there are plenty of established tour companies existing in the Kilimanjaro region as well as the Arusha region where most safari’s originate. Have you worked for one of the companies before so you know how things are arranged, or are you marketing for someone who is operating a company? If you have never organized a safari before, believe me there is a LOT more to the arrangements than you expect — a friend of mine who worked for a company did a free-lance for my family when they visited me so we could save money, and it was a disaster because of all the arrangements that he had never done without the company before.
Most tour companies advertise on the Internet by paying Google or Bing to have a “sponsored ad” at the top when someone does a search including the word Tanzania or Kilimanjaro or safari. Your best option would probably be the same, as most people these days start with an Internet search.
